What is The Warehouse Wag 'n Walk?
The Warehouse Petplan Wag ‘n Walk is an organised dog walk and festival for dogs and their owners. The 2011 event will be held at the Auckland Domain. It will be an enjoyable and educational day for the family with fun & entertainment for all. The Warehouse Petplan brings you the Wag ‘n Walk to promote the love of dogs and to raise the awareness of the work performed by our new charity Paw Justice. Our goal is to bring together the largest number of dogs in one place in New Zealand, and in doing so raise the awareness and also money to support the Paw Justice Charitable Trust. When & where is the event being held? Saturday 3rd December 2011 at the Auckland Domain on the Corner of Domain Drive and The Cresent at the Auckland Hospital end of the Domain. Who can enter? Anyone can enter - you don’t even need a dog to walk the 3km course. Children 12 years and under must be accompanied by an adult. Can I participate if I don’t have a dog? You don’t need to have a dog to walk the course or attend the festival. How can I make a donation to PAW JUSTICE? On completing your registration you will be given the opportunity to support PAW JUSTICE with a donation or by purchasing one of their T-Shirts or Singlets or new 2012 Paw Justice calendars. There will also be an opportunity to support PAW JUSTICE by visiting their tent at the festival. Are toilets available at the event? Yes. There will be portaloos available at the event finish area. Can my company sponsor the Wag 'n Walk? For all sponsorship enquiries please contact us here Can I transfer my entry or obtain a refund? We do not offer refunds, however you can transfer your entry to a friend or family member. If you wish to transfer your entry please contact us. What options do I have to pay for my entry? You have the option to easily register online and pay by credit card, direct credit (Bank Tansfer) or by cheque. You can register on the day and pay by cash or eftpos. What happens if it rains? The event will continue if it rains and we will do all that we can to make the festival site as rain proof as possible. We would recommend that you dress appropriately and bring an umbrella. Can I volunteer to help? Yes, we are always looking for extra help. Please contact us and we will send you volunteer information via email. Who can I contact for more info?
